  • - Current placemaking case studies that are delivering impact, with a particular focus on waterfront renewal and how public markets can spark urban revitalisation and community connection
  • - Deep dive into how to develop successful partnerships for main street revitalisation projects during the cost-of-living crisis
  • - Key tips & resources on what main street managers need to know build better cities, towns, main streets and high streets

For many main streets, their brand is a logo and colours. However, to be truly effective inconnecting with locals, traders, customers and visitors, it’s vital to understand where you fit in the market, how you are perceived, and know where you’re going and how to get there.

Steve de Niese, creative director and founder of Assemblo, will take you through an in-depth, practical workshop where you will learn how to express your purpose and vision, develop a clear roadmap for the future, establish a meaningful connection with your audience, and create a blueprint for how to communicate consistently and authentically.
