The Mainstreet Australia National Conference 2024, "Creating Tomorrow’s Destinations," is a premier event bringing together professionals and organisations from Australia and abroad. The conference focuses on the success and sustainability of main streets and town centres.
The conference will take place from 31 July to 2 August 2024 in Malvern, Melbourne.
The full conference includes:
- a Masterclass on "Developing a meaningful brand for your mainstreet" on 31 July
- The main conference sessions on 1 August;
- and local Main Street Tours on 2 August.
Most of the hotels in proximity to the Malvern Town Hall can be found in and around South Yarra, a short tram ride from the Conference Venue. Mainstreet Australia has also arranged special discounts for delegates at the following hotels:

Yes, early bird discounts are available for those who book before Friday, 28 June at 12pm. Mainstreet Australia members also receive discounted rates.

The Masterclass ticket includes light lunch on arrival.
The Conference ticket includes pre-conference welcome drinks, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and a post-conference networking event.
All tickets (except for Masterclass only ticket holders) include the option to attend the Day 3 walking tour.
